Ginette began painting in 2007 after a career as a Professor of French Literature. However her interest in painting goes back to 2005. After procrastinating for a couple of years she ventured into a realm she had long appreciated but had never felt confident enough to approach.  With her teaching behind her, more time for her own and immersed in the French cultivation of the arts she finally ventured to enroll in an art class in the Fall of 2007. Art quickly became her passion. The works in this gallery trace her evolution from early explorations in a wide variety of materials and techniques to her most recent works establishing her own personal style.
